Binh Minh is composed of 20 families, working on 25 handlooms.  They are organized by the Vietnamese not-for-profit, Craft Link Association of Craft Producers, which is comprised of more than 40 producer groups, most of whom belong to ethnic minorities. All of the families receive a fair wage for each scarf enabling them to continue their tradition of textile fabricating and weaving.

All of the fabric is hand spun and cultivated locally.
