Ton Fai

Ton Fai is a family business established in the Chiang Mai region of Thailand over fifteen years ago.  In all, fifty artisans work in a local village workshop to hand dye and weave each cotton scarf.

Ton Fai artisans make scarves during the dry season when  they’re not tending their fruit gardens and rice patties.

Ton Fai craftsmanship and textile work has been passed through many generations of weaving and local cotton cultivation.

All Ton Fai scarves are made from Chiang Mai cotton thread hand spun and hand dyed.
